Shipping policy

Orders are shipped worldwide through DHL Express at the following rates.

*Additional shipping surcharges may apply to remote delivery areas. If a surcharge applies to your address and was not calculated at checkout, we may contact you after your order is placed to arrange payment. Orders will be shipped once any applicable surcharge has been paid.

We offer free shipping for orders above $400.00 USD.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment has been fulfilled.

Packages that are rejected or not picked up by the receiver within the shipping courier's allotted timeframe may be returned back to us. In such cases, any additional costs incurred will also be at the responsibility of the receiver.
