You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after it has been made. Once an order has been placed it is not possible to adjust or cancel your order.

Orders are shipped worldwide through DHL Express at the following rates.
We offer free shipping for orders above $400.00 USD.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your shipment has been fulfilled.
For most international orders, there will not be any import fees / duties.
Packages that are rejected or not picked up by the receiver within the shipping courier's allotted timeframe may be returned back to us. In such cases, any additional costs incurred will also be at the responsibility of the receiver.
TERMS OF RETURN AND REFUND
These Terms of Return and Refund form part of the Terms of Sale between BLACKMERLE (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the customer (“you”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that these terms govern any request for return or refund.
1. RETURN REQUEST AND TIME LIMIT
You may request a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered in the carrier’s official tracking system.
A return is only valid if all of the following conditions are met:
- A return request has been submitted within the 7-day period
- The return has been pre-approved in writing by BLACKMERLE prior to shipment
- The return shipment has been handed to a recognised courier service with valid tracking information within the same 7-day period
- The tracking number has been provided to us immediately upon shipment
- A return request does not constitute acceptance. Pre-approval authorises return shipment only and does not confirm eligibility for refund.
2. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns must be explicitly pre-authorised in writing by BLACKMERLE prior to shipment.
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be deemed invalid and will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must be received in strictly original condition, including:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free from any signs of wear, including creasing, fabric deformation, stretching, or surface marking
- Free from odours including perfume, cologne, smoke, detergent, or similar
- Free from pet hair, lint, or contamination
- All original garment tags must remain fully attached and intact, including the original non-cut hang tag string, which must remain unaltered and uncut
- Original packaging must be included and intact
Any item that shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, damage, or any condition that prevents resale as new may be rejected at our sole and absolute discretion following inspection.
4. INSPECTION AND FINAL DETERMINATION
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Pre-approval authorises return shipment only and does not constitute acceptance of eligibility for refund.
Final determination of refund eligibility is made solely by BLACKMERLE following inspection of the returned item and assessment of resale condition.
Our determination is final and binding.
If approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
If rejected, no refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued. The item will be returned to you at your expense upon payment of applicable return shipping costs.
5. SHIPPING AND RETURN PROCESS
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer.
We recommend using the most cost-efficient shipping method available that includes valid tracking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and for providing the tracking number immediately upon dispatch.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all cases.
Where return shipping is arranged by BLACKMERLE, costs will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to return shipment being dispatched.
A copy of the DHL invoice or equivalent shipping documentation will be provided.
6. DEDUCTIONS FROM REFUND
Where a refund is issued, the following amounts may be deducted from the refund total:
- Original shipping fees, including subsidised or promotional shipping
- Return shipping fees where applicable
- A 1% Shopify transaction processing fee applicable to all orders
- Payment processing fees including PayPal, card processors, or equivalent providers
- Any applicable chargeback, dispute, or administrative fees
7. RISK IN RETURN TRANSIT
All returned goods remain your responsibility until received and signed for by our returns facility.
We accept no liability for returns that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
8. EXCLUSIONS
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Made-to-order items
- Pre-order items
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are received defective or incorrect.
9. EU CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE
Where applicable under EU consumer law, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Returned items must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond this may be deducted from any refund issued, where permitted by law.
10. FINALITY
All return and refund decisions made by BLACKMERLE following inspection are final and binding.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges may be offered at the discretion of BLACKMERLE, subject to product availability and eligibility.
All exchange requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the shipment is marked as delivered in the carrier’s official tracking system.
All items submitted for exchange must comply with the conditions, authorization requirements, inspection process, and shipping procedures set out in our Terms of Return and Refund.
Returned items for exchange are subject to the same inspection standards as outlined in our Return and Refund Terms, and must be received in strictly original condition, including all original packaging and tags.
Pre-approval is required for all exchange shipments and does not guarantee acceptance or completion of an exchange.
If an exchange request is rejected following inspection, it will be processed under the standard Return and Refund Terms.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, BLACKMERLE may at its discretion offer an alternative product, store credit, or a refund in accordance with the Return and Refund Terms.
All exchange decisions are final and binding.
