Refund policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to notify us and also ship your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn / unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please get in contact at info@blackmerle.com with your order ID. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your order is cleared for return, we'll send you a DHL return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send back your package.

When your return has been received and inspected, we'll get in touch to notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Return shipping costs are higher than the initial shipping cost and we will email you the copy of DHL invoice once it has been processed. Both the initial and return shipping costs, in addition to PayPal fees and other chargeback fees, will be subtracted from the total amount of your refund. Please note it may take some time for the refund to reflect onto your account.

At this time, international orders are not eligible for exchange. 

Sale, made-to-order, and pre-order items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
